I don't accept any donations for the show. I do it out of my own pocket because I enjoy it. I hope you do as well.
In October, Dave Severns, creator of the great Christmas light display in Sunnyvale passed away. Dave was an incredible man who ran an incredible display. When I first started to get into running an animated show, I had lunch with him to get some guidance. Thru the years, whenever I had a question, he was always happy to help. I would never open my display on Thanksgiving Saturday because that was the night of his opening celebration, and I wanted to be there.
Dave was also passionate about charity. His display collected for Second Harvest Food Bank. Last year they broke the one million pounds of food mark. In honor of his memory, I've set up a Second Harvest virtual funds drive. Please donate and help support Second Harvest in their mission to end hunger in the Bay Area.
